We are currently seeking a skilled CAD Technician - Surveys to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:  

As a CAD Technician - Surveys, you will play a crucial role in drafting and preparing technical plans to support our survey projects. Your expertise will contribute to the development of survey plans, subdivision plans, site plans, topographic surveys, base drawings, and rezoning documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft cadastral survey plans and subdivision in compliance with local regulations and standards.

  • Create site plans for building permit and rezoning applications.

  • Collaborate with civil engineers and surveyors to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical drawings.

  • Review and incorporate feedback from project stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

  • Maintain organized records of project files, drawings, and revisions.

  • Stay updated on industry standards, software advancements, and best practices in CAD drafting.

Qualifications:

  • Technician Diploma or equivalent experience in CAD drafting, civil engineering technology, or a related field will be considered a benefit.

  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Carlson Survey, Civil 3D) or other relevant design tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
