Civil Engineer In Training

Don More is looking for an Engineer-in-Training to join our team. Based in Saint John, the EIT will work closely with clients, approval agencies and others on the design team to complete land development projects.

Tasks:

• Interact with clients

• Prepare quotes and proposals for projects

• Perform research and background investigations

• Perform and oversee the execution of design calculations

• Prepare cost estimates and construction schedules

• Prepare plans and design documents

• Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress

• Inspecting construction sites and verifying calculations and placements

Prior design experience in site development. or proficiency with Carlson Civil and Hydrology modules and HydroCad would be an asset.
